Dial-A-Joint Edmonton

This was my 1st time getting delivery, order online and waited. It’s been 2 hrs now I’ve been trying to call and even left them a msg still nothing, plus left txt msg but no reply. This unprofessional at this point I want my money back.

Owner doesnt have any customer service or type of way communicating with customers and seems not to care bout the quality of customer service they give

Owner refuses to respond to inquiry with anything but a copy and pasted statement even after receiving money, wont awnser phone calls emails or his own customer support with anything but (Customer Service We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly.) I recieved that message 3 times. Simply wanted to know when after 3 hours I could expect my already paid for package. Unsure if I'

Dial a Joint goes above and beyond to ensure quality in both their products as well as their delivery. Always as close to on time as desired and everytime only the best quality product, time and time again. Such wonderfully polite young ish men;) Honestly, why put money into the pockets of others probably from other countries when we can support our home grown Canadians! Wont order my joints from any other source! Thanks Guys!! Do I get a discount for this?
