We never had good experiences at this location(50th ST. Edmonton). we shop here once a week. The cashiers here are rude, grumpy and moody. The cashier,Samla S, this was not the first time we had bad experiences with her.
We like shopping at Costco, we are exclusive members, we always have good experiences at other locations. We were sucked when we shopped here. The cashiers here need to be trained, should treat all the customers the same way not depends on their colours.
2 customers exiting the store ahead of me got their receipts marked within a split second. as I proceeded to fork over my receipt he looked at me like he should with anyone. after a few moments I noticed he paid special attention to what was in my cart and on my receipt. I questioned him why he paid extra attention he said I cant read the water. I had 5 items compared to the previous 2 shoppers. he couldnt find 2 cases of water on my receipt? 2 times Costco has done tire changeovers on my wife's vehicle and even after re-torquing, both times my families life has been put in danger. The first time a front wheel came off on Hwy.16 causing $1,000s in damage and the second time she was able to pull over before the tire came completely off preventing another tragedy. Costco disassociated itself and only on the second occasion offered $100 compensation for our inconvenience. Pathetic.
Want your rims ruined go to Costco!! I went to Costco North Edmonton to have my tires change. I just had new black after market rims put on my vehicle. When I got it back they had scratched and gouged my rims (pretty hard to miss the silver shining through) I want back in and a sales man came out and took pictures. After purching tires at the 50 st Costco ,I am trying for the fifth time to get them torqued as requested,however,I am advised that I have to get a work order at the service counter,where only one agent is serving a lineup of 5 to 8 customers,each taking in the area of 15 to 20 minuits.
Would it not be easier to give one the ticket at the same time having tires mounted,it seems to work in every store in Arizona,or does Costco can have a mental break thro that prevents this
