I would like to know who to contact regarding my visit at go-auto outlet store in west Edmonton today. We were pre-approved and asked to come visit the store to choose a car. The sales man greeted my wife and introduced her to the sales manager. I came in with my son a little later and the lady directed us to the office where my wife was sitting. As I approached the office the sales manager said "Oh its the big papa" What does that even mean? Am i a Pimp? Why not hello how are you today or thank

What a nightmare!

There are no stars from me here with this dealership. We insured the car we were purchasing, drove 5 hours to pick it up. When we got there the paper work was not completed, they wanted more money down. They made us wait 2hrs as we watched other customers be seen, with still no communication. And the car was not what was shown in the advertisement. To add insult to injury the car was filthy on the inside with no promis for it to be detailed. I do not recommend Go Auto outlet. Total disaster!!!!
