Ottewell Daycare & After School Care

Poorly trained staff! On multiple occasions I witnessed staff unable to manage the violent, mentally handicapped children under their care. Once, upon entering the daycare to pick up my kids, I found them crying because they'd all been attacked/hurt during a violent outburst from another, much larger child. I took it upon myself to safely restrain the child while the single staff member remaining at the center yelled and fled the room (leaving the children!). No report or changes were made.
