From start to finish it was a pleasant booking experience. Not many travel agents would truly go out of their way to put in the work that saves us all the time and gets us a good deal. That is what travel agents should be like. I don't wanna pay more and get pushed into a vacation. These guys just put in the work to get you a good deal and what works for you. Very easy to work with.
These guys work so hard. Seriously they dealt with so many of my crazy friends trying to get this trip booked was a nightmare for me but they made it look so easy. They organized it all and got us a crazy deal. Awesome people over here!
My agent is good. Real good! Shout out to Melissa for being the best travel agent in Edmonton! You know you have a good travel agent when you send them an email with complex flights and hotels you need first thing in the morning and by the afternoon your booked. I always know I got the best price and she makes sure it's organized. Awesome company full of great agents!

Booked online with them. They called me right after to go over my booking and sent me a list of all the excursions I can do. Thought that was very cool.
Travel Gurus deal very well with clients. I noticed when I was booking my trip to Mexico, that they have a very warm rapport with everyone that comes in contact with them. They clearly enjoy the people aspect of their position. Melissa and Sue answer the phones with a smile and a friendly hello.
That is just the beginning of my experience. As I was booking my trip, they outline every step to my trip and provide me with travel tips. They were knowledgable and able to answer any of my questions!
A few days before the trip, I received a phone call from one of the agents, and they wished me safe travels and ensured I had their contact information to call them if I found my self in a difficult situation while I was traveling. I was so surprised as most business the customer service ends as soon as they see the "approved" on the debit receipt.
I would definitely recommend Travel Gurus to my my family and friends. They have obviously developed a loyal customer rating by the way clients walk in and know the agents by first name basis.

Overall their service is not ideal. If you are looking for a reliable travel agency that isn't in it to milk you, then I suggest taking your money elsewhere. I truly regret allowing them to make all that profit they made on us (9 tickets in total) and wish that I would have just paid extra somewhere else to receive better service.

First time I've booked with a travel agent and I'm very satisfied with the professional service and very happy about the deal I got. This agency is very different then most I've even tried to book with. They are very helpful, found me a great deal, recommended a better hotel for a little bit more money and made sure I had the proper travel insurance before I left. It is very nice to know you have a travel agent you can pick up the phone and call pretty much at anytime. Seems like this agency is very popular already and now I know why. I will be booking all my future trips with these guys. Thank you for being awesome!
