went for lunch buffet around 11:30 and food was not very hot or tasty. restaurant was clean and quiet, but that was about it, I wouldn't return

The food is hot, fresh and you have lots of choices. Not everything is right on every day but there is lots of choices. The staff is very accommodating. They try and make your meal as enjoyable as possible without be intrusive. About the price of a full meal, drink and dessert at McDonald's only better for you.

At the front coun...

At the front counter while your paying they have a sign with starving children saying "thank god we all have tasty food to choose from. Please help No more waisting and no more playing with food" its totally fine to say that the problem is using pictures of starving children is absoluting disgusting. Maybe if they were donating to a chairty for the children it would be okay but they are not, just using them to get you not to waist there not so tasty food

Not as bad as what you think..

Every one can make comments on any restaurant they want but don't sound so NAIVE and disrespectful. The restaurant offers a massive selection of Western & Chinese with deserts and drinks included for $12 during lunch. Wherever you go in town, you won't find any buffet restaurant at that price. Selection means, it offers varieties. Guests can help themselves go up to the table and please themselves as much as they want. If I don't like it, don't eat it. We all have our own tastes buds and liking. Sushi is $5-7 for 3 pcs, just eat 6 Sushi and ice cream...that covered the dinner price. Tipping is not mandatory in any place in Grande Prairie. We can tip and we don't have to if we are unsure. But we can't brag that we tipped and got no service. Tipping upfront is for Guests who don't have cash with them but are generous and appreciative. For new customers, it's easy to judge especially if you don't know the town. Ribs are the best in town and you can't get any cheaper than that with eat-all-u-can deal. No industry is perfect. And we appreciate that this Restaurant is here to offer good quality food that people loved for 25 years.
