Cancelled Telus and they tell you to drop the cable boxes and remotes off at the Post Office and they will send it in. I took it in the first time in an open box and they said it needed to be covered. I went home, put them in an enclosed box and took it back. Then they said it needed to be taped. Then they offered to sell me a box and tape. Lady providing service was rude and unhelpful. Customer service lessons needed. #justdoyourjob

The people that work at the post office in Okotoks downtown are friendly, kind and super helpful! I hadn’t shipped an item in a long time and they were very efficient in teaching me what to do and how to get the package out most cost effective.

I live out of town and cannot get to the post office, but they won’t answer the phone to help, just redirected to Canad Post!!!
