Lovely customer service!

Our sales person was amazing. The quality of product and customer care is terrible. Our sofa and chair and a half had bunched up foam under the fabric within 2 mths. They sent techs out 3X’s to fix itThe techs even said it would continue bunching up, the foam needed to be replaced. Many calls were ignored or not returned while trying to communicate the issues. When I pushed to have it replaced after being “fixed” so often they came back and said it was simply the fabric and wasn’t warrantied

They were very helpful and showed me many of the options for what I was looking for . They also took the time to explain all of the warranty options and paperwork.

My experience with Ashley HomeStore was excellent. The customer service was top notch and I was able to purchase my furniture with ease. I would definitely go back there again, great service.
