Fried and lost all my hair, they lie, no management on site!

Fried my hair completely!!!still charged me!Got colour wrong,left an orange band all around the top,hair so damaged it can't be fixed.I was booked with Sarah,SO much went wrong.She screwed up several times,in tears I asked for mngr a woman (I later found out wasn't mngr at all) convinced me to let Sarah finish then Sarah BLEACHED my whole head to cover her mistake and my hair never recovered after trying to save it for months while chunks broke off and I had to chop it all off

This place is really unprofessional. I came in for a toner but the stylist blended the brassiness even more. She didn't know the right toner for my hair and was saying that I wanted this tone but clearly I am not happy with it. They didn't even apologize or offered to fix it and I still had to pay it. I am NOT coming back and I will be telling everyone I know not to come here too. Just save yourself the headache and go to Aveda.
