Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. The veterinary assistants and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would easily recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone who cares about their animals!
Bad experience Been taking one of the dogs with them. At beginning everything was ok. I understand circumstances and that are busy but it got worse and worse. My last time I had to wait for a week for a 5 second injection that was given in front of the clinic on the sidewalk. I found it soo disrespectful. That pooch is my baby and I don’t think anyone would be ok with this kind of unprofessional manners. I understand is COVID time but injections on the sidewalk? Disappointing
Terrible !! Had an awful experience they bullied me into almost putting my cat down if I couldnt come up with $3000 immediately. They gave us no options and truly showed they didnt care. Awful awful awful !

We certainly want to apologize for any undue waiting. We certainly try to do everything within our power to stay on time and recognize that the time of our clients is in fact valuable. There are occasions within a busy veterinary practice/hospital where this is simply not possible (ie. emergencies, trauma, complex care or unforeseen complications with hospitalized patients, end of life issues, etc). Again we try our utmost to avoid these circumstances and covet our clients understanding when they occur and affect them. And of course we always apologize and hope the apologies are received in the spirit intended.
I've been bringing my animals to Dr. Steinebach for a long time now and I've always been very pleased with him as a vet. If we ever have an emergency I know they'll get us in ASAP.

We really do try hard to treat our client's pets as if they are our own so I am so pleased to hear that we have been able to provide this kind of care for your pets all these years Anita. Thank you.
The people here are so kind, they really know how to take care of my pets and I appreciate it. They get me in at times that work for me and keep my dogs healthy!

Dr. Steinebach has been taking care of all of my animals from horses to cats. He's professional and very compassionate.

Dr. Steinbach is so committed to the health of my dogs. The staff as a whole is great and really comforts me when my pets need a procedure done.

I know I can trust Dr. Steinebach with my dogs because of the high level of concern he has for their well-being. He genuinely cares about how they're doing and how he can help them. He's done surgeries on my dogs in the past, and they've all come out with drastic improvements. He takes his work personally, so it's rare to see him not working at 100%
