Great Canadian Liquor Warehouse Ltd

I called today to check the price of a certain product, (1030 am, not the busy hour) and the lady that answered the phone had a terrible tone in her voice like I was bothering her with my request! And at end of Our conversation I politely thanked her for helping me and she actually hung up on me! Terrible customer service!

Great Canadian Liquor Warehouse has always been good to me when I shopped here. Aside from the fact that their location is super convenient, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always pleasant.

Worst service in town

Couldn't believe how bad the service was. I waited 20 minutes at the till and when I ask one of the senior workers if I could be helped(very politely). She tells me,"if I'm not willing to wait. I can leave."
