Great Family Business !
My front loading Kenmore Elite HE4 stopped and continued to flash delay button. I tried everything to cancel the wash load and start over but nothing worked. I phoned Giddens repair and spoke to an employee. She checked with someone and after a few ideas she asked me to unplug and replug the electrical cord. It worked and my washer is back in business. I can't thank her enough to take the time to remedy the problem. I am so pleased with their professionalism.
Dave the Service rep did an excellent job replacing our ice maker.He assessed the problem within minutes ordered a new one and when it arrived had it installed and working within 10 minutes.He is the best service rep we have ever dealt with (professional,personable,knowledgeable and efficient)This was a painless experience for a change!
When needed a set of parts, they found them after I sent them a picture. Very courteous and helpful.
Receptionist is impersonal and rude. The arrogance shown will almost certainly turn away business. One doubts the claim of "Factory trained technicians."
