    Extremely rude ow...

    Extremely rude owners, disappointing customer service. Would not want my dogs left alone here.

    This is simply not true....I think a competitor put you up to this comment. JMHO. There are many long time customers (15 years or more) who are very supportive and know their dogs are very well looked after.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

    THE OWNER WON'T ALLOW YOU TO SEE WHERE THE DOGS ARE KEPT AND IT SMELLS LIKE EXCREMENT. WHEN I PICKED UP MY DOG, SHE IMMEDIATELY RELIEVED HERSELF LIKE SHE HAD HAD TO HOLD IT ALL DAY, OR LONGER. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED.

    Clientele are always allowed to see where their dogs are kept and all the large chain linked play/execise yards are plainly visible as you drive in. Some dogs are simply not comfortable relieving them selves in nice clean pens with shavings and prefer to run loose to do their "business". Perhaps your dog is one of them and as it is my responsibility to keep your dogs safe I simply cannot let them loose.
