    I was told my laptop that was in store in Richmond would be shipped to the Langley location within 1 day. It went from Richmond to Vancouver sorting facility then to port Kells sorting facility and then attempted to be dropped off at Best Buy at 12:30pm (they close at 8pm)and was told there was no receiver available to receive the item so the laptop was not delivered. How hard is it to get an item from one Best Buy to another???? It will be almost a week before it gets delivered.

    cant even talk to a person, let alone a person that actually works at the store. will never buy anything from this sht shack... and when it finally goes the way of blockbuster, I am going to piss on Best Buys grave

    The problems with the Best Buy Langley computer department is the manager, Raj. I went back within two weeks of purchasing my laptop as I was very dissatisfied with it. Raj assured me that my laptop was an excellent one and convinced me to keep it. Of course, he would: after all it was one of the most expensive ones. It has been 1 1/2 years now, and I cannot count the number of times that I have had to go back to Best Buy to fix the endless problems with the laptop. Avoid this robbery company.

    Went in today to purchase some headphones and the customer service was some of the worst I've ever had. I went to the service counter to ask for some help directly and they just sent me to the department. No one cared and staff where on their cell phones. I could understand if it was busy but there was more staff than customers. Please don't go to this store. You might as well order online as you get about service.

    My 1 Star is specific to contacting them via phone. They don’t even put you on hold Just dead ends.

    Absolute worst customer service experience. Was informed by manager, Jesse, that only 2 employees in the store know how to process a return or exchange. Even though there were 30 people waiting to return items. They had one person on the customer service desk and manager Jesse refused to assist. Finally added one extra cashier. Took 45 minutes to return one item. Don't shop here.

    A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

    I have a laptop in with the GeekSquad waiting to be repaired. I checked online to see the status and it has been sitting at this store for 8 days - hasn't even been shipped out yet. So, I decided to try calling the store / geek squad. I called 20 times, NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. So, I then went on Live Chat with Geek Squad and they told me that I'd have to call the store to get an answer to my questions. I told them that calling the store doesn't work - as nobody answers the phone there.
