Owner is very rude and condescending. Terrible customer service. Will never go back and recommend anyone who like to be treated nicely not to go here.

Just picked up our vacuum cleaner today. We were expecting to pay for a new motor instead we had a pleasant surprise. Only a broken wire to be soldered. They could have put a new motored and we would have never known. Will we return- you bet! Sue

The customer service at this store is appalling. The staff are exceptionally rude and abrupt. I purchased my vacuum here when I first moved to Steveston, believing in supporting your local businesses. In the years to follow, since this business changed hands, the new owners are absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. I came in looking for a small part and was treated so abruptly, not even able to finish my sentences and like I was interrupting their day. Exceptionally rude!

Extremely BAD customer service at this store. I would give negative rate if I can. They are not deserve to have any star! I bought Miele vacuum but I changed my mind and want to get the refund one day after. I got the rude attitude customer service which I never had it at another store! I would not recommended this store to all my friends because I think this store is not worth it to have more customers!
