If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I wouldn't recommend this supposed "company" to even look at the roof of my worst enemy. They are nothing short of completely incompetent, pushy, highly unprofessional, and borderline criminal!
Not enough room to write out everything I wanted to say so this is point form. Several red flags came up when trying to get a quote from this company. He repeatedly called to see when we were going to hire him. Then he started showing up at our house randomly to ask us. Even coming as late as 9pm. Called RCMP due to harassment from owner. They are well aware and this wasn’t the first call regarding Roof Now. RCMP officer called and told him to stop harassment. Haven’t heard from him since.
Since I am restricted in the amount I can write,I will summarize by saying this is the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with.They never showed up before noon,he was constantly asking for advances,once even asking for money to pay his cable bill.Part way through the job he told us he quoted too low and wanted to increase the quote.They left garbage on our property, called late at night,texted at 4am.Finished more than a week later than promised.Showed up at 10pm to collect his final pay.
Extremely pushy, high pressure sales. Keeps coming back to my door.
