We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Thank you for completing my installation in a timely manner. Your staff used language I could understand to instruct me in the new technology. When I tested the system I had an immediate response in a clear voice that walked me through a reset. The staff were patient with my learning curve both on the job and over the phone. Pleasantly professional would be the term I'd choose. I feel confident in recommending their service to others.
