i went in there to sign up for a new plan as a new customer but i already had an unlocked phone. I didnt need a new phone. Whatever i said, they just wouldnt or couldnt help me. It was bizarre. They just kept on about a new phone . Im not sure if they didnt understand me or were ignoring me. No straight answer at all . I just left . it ended up being awkward and pointless.
