    Possible to give a negative star? Not one sanding or plow truck in Tappen, BC, with respect to the newly fallen snow. Further,this summer JPW were laying rocks in an attempt to pave holes on Bolton Road. The flagger (Safety First Company) and JPW clearly did not follow Safe Work Procedures or Hazard Assessments JPW started to spray rocks while I went by. $7,000 damage to my vehicle and JPW laughed at the incident into the radio of the flagger. Flagger said he didn't know the proper procedure.

    Have not seen one sanding truck or snow plow since the snow started yesterday. Roads in and around Blind Bay are terrible. Very disappointed in JPW
