Paid 135.00 to re-sole shoes that cost 170. Brand new. I paid while they guy laughed at me. I feel robbed by this business. He also said it’s not his fault if the heels come apart. Also no insoles in shoes, buyer beware.

Always top notch work. Owner will explain what will be done, cost and calls when items are ready for pick up. I have brought in shoes, boots, bags, baskets over the years and I am always pleased with the work. Lovely couple. I always recommend Arcadia Shoe Repair to friends and family.

Do not support this business. I brought in my newly polished $200 Josef Seibel boots for new heels. Without my permission the owner repolished them (which he admitted) and changed the colour from mid blue to dark blue(almost black) which cannot be undone. No apology or offer to replace
