Bell MTS

I called one of the reps to inquire on the overall cost of an I phone with an MTS contract. She provided me with information and I told her I would be there in 20 minutes to pick up the phone. When I arrived she was not there and I was told she had gone home. I explained to the other rep the situation. He went to the back of the store and apparentlhy phoned her and when he came back he told me that the woman, whose name was AD, had never talked to me and denied our conversation.Very sad.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I am almost 50 years old, and never in my entire life have I ever been treated so badly as I was at this store. I just couldnt even believe that the rep was that rude and lacked any sense of... I dont even know what the word would be!!! If you are forced to go into the store, avoid the rep named Gagan! My gosh, it was awful! I would have even been fine with what she was saying if she hadnt been so condescending and rude! Unbelievable!
