Horrible Front desk girl great but when had problem with my tire just about falling off and giving my vehicle with tire not tightened on manager only relayed information through the front desk clerk. No regard for customer safety what so ever. Could of been Killed

I just had my new car for about a month and had a situation with a wooden parking barrickade. I dented the plastic underpart of the bumper. I called Carstar and they took me right away. Brent had fixed the problem in less than 10 mins and did not even charge me. Thank you for giving me back my peace of mind. Hopefully I do not have anymore of these situations and if I do I will be back to Carstar. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the rudest body shop I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend anyone to take there vehicle or mpi claim here ever. They do not work closely or well with MPI which makes for a bad experience! WARNING do not take your mpi claims to this shop!
