A terrible and us...

A terrible and useless experience!! All the workers there are probably good and willing to help but the one I dealt with was just impatient, rude, not helping at all, condescending and impolite. This is the worst customer service I ever had since I moved to Canada. Most of immigrants have trouble to find a phone number where they actually can talk to someone, and sometimes have really specific questions that are simply not on the CIC website. When I turned to the Immigration Center, the last thing I needed was to deal with someone so rude who even hang up on me! It s a shame because I m pretty sure (i hope...) some workers there are trying to help but the only thing that resulted from that is that I turned to an actual consultant and that s what I will recommend to anyone who ask me. This is unacceptable to treat people like this, specially when you re suppose to be here to help! And I feel sorry for the ones who are trying to make this place a good place but I will also advice CIC, who apparently consider the Immigration Center as one of the best...
