Ingredients listed on the online pizza menu are apparently different than the flyer (ie the vegetarian doesn’t actually come with olives). Dry pizza, no sauce. Cheese is barely melted and veggies are still raw. Requested 7up, got Pepsi.
Ordered pizza from them at 2am. They say they are open till 4am. I waited till 3am called them back asking if it was still coming.. They answered saying we are closed and hung up the phone. I called back 30 mins later same response from the person. So I assumed they were not coming went out got food. Came home after I already ate. 4:15 someone shows up at my door with pizza.... Said no thank you I do not want it you took to long. I got a call from someone at the restaurant saying they are going
Very rude customer service. They delivered wrong order and would not correct it. Person on the phone said I had ordered what was sent, but I did not.
Pizza mediocre quality.
Horrible. Found a piece of cotton like for a band aid and called to get it straightened out and got called a liar and they refused to refund me and said i was just doing it to get free pizza. Didn't find it until my kids ate two slices and i ate one from two pizzas. Then made me go to the store and argued with me the whole time i was there and i stayed until i got a refund. Worst customer experience ever.
Best pepperoni and bacon pizza ever! The wings are amazing too, not tiny little things either, nice big wings and legs not all covered in batter either, $10 pick up special for 24 wings, can't go wrong!. If you like filling and spicy, the Bakers Pride is for you, amazing! I'm here like once a week, love this place.
last 22 yrs, same owners, still best pizza,best deal in town

Not bad, not bad....
Although the customer service isnt the tailored well mannered behavior we are used to, The pizza is spot on. We order Two butter chicken and one meat lovers and it was definitely worth the price... I will definitely add them to my preferred list of place to get some nice Zahh!
Very disappointed in delivery and customer service
We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and they both came smashed up in the box. I phoned to complain and they said they would replace them, waiting another hour for the replacements. I told them we should get some kind of compensation for this poor service. They agreed on 25% discount. When I phoned to find out where the replacement pizzas were, as they had not beed delivered as promised, they said they are still cooking them. Then they said that if I want any money back, I can bring the damaged pizzas back!!! Then they told me they believe the driver, not me but that there were 2 other customers that had to have their pizzas replaced. Then the guy I was talking to didn't want to give me his name!! Horrible customer service. WILL NOT order from this place again and DO NOT recommend this to anyone else.
I have been ordering from this place for years. Their pizza is always excellent, tons of toppings, great tasting crust and a good price.
I usually get the large pizza and 2 liter pop deal for delivery. If you are used to eating 4 slices of pizza, you will eat half as much pizza from here because they put so many toppings on it. I mostly always get the "bakers pride" pizza, which is a bit spicy but today we ordered the tandori chicken pizza. It was so delicious! Seriously, before ordering pizza hotline, try this place out. You wont ever order from another place again.
