    Booked an appoint...

    Booked an appointment, technician called to say theyre running behind and needed to move appointment after i took afternoon off to be home, after i mentioned i can't move this to another day this week they said ok 4/4:30.........no one shows, at 6pm i call both numbers leave a calm msg asking if someone could get back to me and let me know what is happening and two days later they still couldnt care less to apologize and gain a new customer. If there was the ability to give it a below zero rating i would.

    I had one guy and...

    I had one guy and a girl come do my duct cleaning today. Both were very professional and took me around the house to explain the procedure. Very helpful and a good job. I would use again.

    Excellent Service

    The guys from Rivercity furnace & duct cleaning arrived at my house today (i have 2 small children) and as they walked in the door they stopped and said they smelled gas! I had not smelled anything, but they assured me that there was a strong odor of gas in the house. I had the previous night had my gas meter changed by hydro. The guys from Rivercity furnace & duct cleaning got on there cell phone and called hydro, and hydro was there within 10 minutes. They confirmed that my new meter was in fact leaking gas into my home since the previous night!! Thank you Rivercity furnace & duct cleaning for saving the day...and the house! Fantastic. I will never use another service provider in winnipeg for my duct and furnace cleaning.
