Very Rough cut that needed to be fixed by another groomer. very poor completely unveven cut and they injured my dogs lips and did not inform us about the injury. We discovered it on our own and the other groomer we took them to said the wound came from a trimmer. When we contacted them back they started defending the work they did instead of apologizing for their poor job and injuring my dog do not listen to the good reviews as i assume they are from friends of the owner.

Great people & lots of selection that I haven't seen elsewhere in Winnipeg. Now all I have to do is find a consistent supply of flushable litter as I toilet train my 3 month old cat.

Steer clear!

Several dealings with the owner have ensured I will never return to this store. He gives out advice on animal care that is completely incorrect and if followed, would lead to the death of the animal. In fact, I know a girl who purchased an animal from him, followed his care instructions and it died in a couple months. Be very wary of anything he has to say about the care of reptiles. His feeders are very overpriced and the staff are rude and condescending. I recommend anywhere else.

Owner has poor customer service

Went to buy some fish with my four daughters. Owner is very knowledgeable, but has terrible customer service. He likes telling you everything you don't know about fish, but doesn't offer solutions and immediately walks away from you to do something else. If you want customer service that makes you feel welcome and not condescending, take your business elsewhere. We did.
