U-Haul Moving & Storage of Inkster Park

I had an appointment booked for a hitch install. When I arrived the guy working said “all installs have been cancelled for the day! “. Oh really!!!?? I was not called about this and when I called the U-Haul call centre the person I talked to was not aware of any cancellations!! Lazy staff making excuses to not do a job that is booked! If you don’t want to follow through with appointments, don’t take them!
