My SUV was having a transmission issue. They told me it was a seal inside the transmission and they would need to remove the transmission to replace the seal. Quoted me $1300 taxes in. Paid over $1400 and didn’t fix issue. Told me nothing they could do and I was just out all that money. Also told me he would research and call me back. No call. I diagnosed the issue myself and fixed it with a $15 part in 30 minutes. They removed and reinstalled that part and never noticed. Incompetent.
