    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    Grossly overpriced for what we ordered. Had every excuse in the world why our prints were not ready. Extremely unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. Product was poor. Recently had photos redone at a quarter of the price with a true all around professional. Warning - do not fall into the same trap we did, as you will get terrible service and what you will spend for what you will receive (if you even receive it at all hence the first review) will be far from your expectations. Would never recommend to anyone.

    Terrible

    A year later I still have not received my prints or a refund and they have stopped returning my calls - wasn't bad enough that I've lost the moment they were meant to "capture"
