    I have been worki...

    I have been working with Julian for close to two months now and I must say that his professionalism, expertise and care is far beyond what I have experienced in the past. Each routine he creates targets the key areas of my body (abs and butt for me). I can see the definition when I look in the mirror..definitely can't wait to show it off in the summer. I recommend Julian to anyone who wants to see results fast and committed to working hard.

    The July 13 2014 ...

    The July 13 2014 reviewer has a really different experience then I did! My results were beyond fantastic. I hired Julian for 5 days training for three months and this body (after 2 kids) turned out so amazing! Everyone was noticing me and commenting on how fabulous I looked. (People were asking for my number and that has never happened to me before.) He not only gave me confidence but my health back too! I can't say enough good things about Julian! He's kind, respectful, affordable, works with your hours and beyond experienced. Yes exercising is hard but Julian makes it fun (and trust me I'm not one to think exercising is fun). Lol! Julian is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone because not only is he very knowledgeable but he actually CARES which is a huge deal! If you're serious about becoming a "healthier you" call Julian, I promise he won't disappoint you.

    I have been seein...

    I have been seeing Julian for a few months now and I have lost over 30 pounds. My overall energy level has increased, i have lost inches and gained unmeasurable confidence. I would recommend his services to anyone.

    I got everything ...

    I got everything I was looking for in my training with Julian. I lost inches , weight and met all of my training goals. I highly recommend Julian for results!

    Used Julian for r...

    Used Julian for roughly 3 months and saw next to no results... ditto for my wife. 3 Months and she lost like an inch and half and I gained maybe 3/4 of an inch. Not worth it.

    I'd be glad to help both you and your wife if you're looking to lose weight or become healthier. I'm not sure how you know my name but you have never been one of my clients.
