The overall experience: Beds on the corridor / my bed was exactly in front of the water/food/garbage section. Noisy and many disrespectful, especially women, wasting time gossiping, talking loudly and laughing, making jokes. Too much staff with evident lack of experience, no proper training, no skills. The first nurse taking very loud, singing, socializing, but unable to find a vein for my transfusion, trying 3 times unsuccessfully. Very careless and skill less. One doctor only per shift. Awful

The emergency night shift of January 4 night were very unprofessional, racists, and rude. I came for covid-19 test yesterday night because I live in a high risk setting, a large rooming house. The rude doctor of that shift and his nurse refused to provide me with this test! In my opinion, anyone requires a cpvid 19 test, even for travel reasons, should be given a test because covid 19 pandemic, and many recent similar pandemics, were caused by bad life styles and inefficient health systems.

The staff, especially a certain nurse and the security working the night shift in the Emergeny are atrocious in the way they treat patients waiting to be served. One nurse in particular spoke to everyone in a very demeaning way. It was appalling to hear and witness such behaviour from a nurse. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed William Osler would hire such a human being. (The nurse was a white female, with short blonde hair and a medium build. She was working the night shift in the Emergency).
