Bad communication, mishandling of products. Used to be very good, nowadays not reliable at all.

I have been to the place for more than 10 years. Today I have experienced very bad service. The girl only treid to make us to choose the photo packages.Her explanation does not even make logic sense. The place has gone downhill lately for sure. Not sure why. Too bad.

return policy

I mistakenly bought an item that wasn't a suitable gift. Then I found that the return policy is very restrictive, and not good for tourists. No cash refund, only a credit note. I don't need any other items from a store, and could use my $37 before I go home tomorrow, too far to visit the store again.

Great Lab!

I have used this lab a number of times and each time I was really blown away by the results and the length the staff are willing to go to please a picky perfectionist like me. This is one of the last high quality 1 hour labs left and Hamilton photographers should support this Gem of a store. It's a real Hamilton treasure and I am going to make a point of using them more often! Man I love the smell of a good wet lab in the morning! Also, I love the decore that takes me back to the film days and they even have a great little portrait studio so bring the kids!
