I have been customer with japans auto ports for the last 4 years, me and my family, and friends, all get their parts from japans parts auto ports, we never had any problem what so ever, it is a family owned business with no over head, that customer have to pay for it, thanks japan auto part for the respect full service and good quality parts, and saving us $$$

I have terrible experience japan auto parts have sheep lower quality parts after being installed by authorized mechanic created me problem another day .I HAVE PAPERS TO PROVE bad customer services no $ back

Terrible place no respect for customer , parts are cheep don't last I end up replacing them again shortly after being installed ,, thermostat new 3 moth star to leak ..bearing 1 day problem so ANY PARTS YOU GETT FROM JAPAN AUTO YOU WILL AND UP REPLACING SAME AGAIN .. .waist of time and $ money !!!
