Sport Clips

Start to finish, I was there with 3 boys for over 1.5 hours. Way too long of a wait, and with it busy they take their time. One girl took 2 smoke breaks in that time. She was so cold and rude with my son. She shouldn't work with kids. I'm thinking they should just do men's cuts not kids. The other girl poorly cut my sons hair (took a chunk out and hard to explain the other mistake), and had to go back for someone else to fix it the next day. He was made fun of at school. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUDE & INCONSIDERATE

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had my hair cut at Sport clips (other locations) several times and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went for a hair cut more than 30 minutes before the closing time. However, I was refused service stating they are full & cannot do anything more until closing. The entire place was empty with no one. Interestingly enough, they do not take appointments & is walk-in only. They just lost business from me and my friends.

Long wait althoug...

Long wait although it didn't look busy. Seemed like the staff took their time between clients. The hairdresser assigned to me was very careless and didn't pay attention and managed to run the clipper through my eyebrow and one side of my hair (which I noticed after I got home). She was very disengaged during the MVP upgrade, especially the massage section, where she carelessly moved around the massager through my back. I had hair clippings all over my shirt and pants... very uncomfortable.. So much for finding employees off Kijiji!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone.
