I moved to the area a few years back and had tried many shops for vehicle service. I had a very hard time finding one that was reliable. I tried Akers for a tire service and was extremely pleased at the experience. Since then I have had maintenance service done on my vehicle and was again pleased with the service. I will be going here for all future services/repairs. As a female, I received polite and courteous service from staff and they are also very accommodating of my odd work hours.

I had my windshield done here recently. I will never recommend this business to anyone. As a woman, I have never been treated so poorly in an auto shop. They barely spoke to me and were very happy to take my money but would not even address me by name. I was so uncomfortable in there (which is unusual for me) and if I were a business owner, I would be appalled by this behaviour. They really should be ashamed of themselves. Regardless of whether they are or not, I will never go back. Sad.
