Really bad experience.Did a windshield replacement , got water all over my car at the next car wash since my windshield was not sealed properly ,took a few tries until I got them to replace my windshield properly.
They called me back right away and they gave me the best price out there! They took 10 minutes to fully install my windshield,also with life time warranty! Theyre quick, easy, reliable, nice and inexpensive!
Apparently the customers time is worth very little. Price was good but if it was free I wouldn't call them again. "I'll call you back in 10 minutes with a price"...... had to call back for a price "I can do it next week" apparently means "You call me repeatedly to schedule..... Friday will come and I'll tell you Monday for sure." Monday comes and "They didn't have the glass in stock Saturday, so I'll do it Wednesday" Wednesday has now turned into 5pm after waiting since 1:00.
I called low price for my car windshield and they were on time and did really good work, they were Excellent I will differently recommend them anytime.
this guy changes my glass in a old rusted van he was hours late allso ther was black glue all over inside and out i was not very happy ..50 dolllors more i know have had a experianced company do a perfect job just a good lesson learned NEVER AGAIN
after 2 days of calling all the local Ottawa auto glass companies , I called Low price auto glass back, the ad said lowest price gauranteed..and as a single mother of 2 children I am allways looking for the cheapest price out there! I told the owner I found a price of 220$ for my van, he beat the price by 40$, my windshield was done the same day , and I was back on the road with a new clean windshield! great work low price auto glass, I will recomend you too all of my co workers, if you want the lowest price deffinatley call low price auto glass!
