Kyla and Kim are two friends who met through dance classes while growing up in the Markham-Stouffville area, drawn to each other by a mutual love of dancing. Though life meandered in slightly different directions for each, the pair kept in touch and decided to make the big leap, opening K & K Dance Dreamz Inc in the 2003/2004 season.
In the years since, their dance company has grown to include three studios, a group of highly qualified dance teachers and a competitive program that has garnered nationally lauded results.

I've been at k&k for less than 2 years and its been my favorite dance studio when i first walked in. :)
A well-organized studio is somewhat of a rarity. A well-organized studio with talented, friendly teachers, a warm team atmosphere, and a focus on producing well-rounded dancers is even more rare. K&K is both, and that's what makes THEM a rarity. You won't be disappointed.
The experience at K and K is very different. We were at another school before and came to K and K after we found that their goals were more in line with what we wanted for our daughters. The concept of it takes a village to raise a child is true here at K and K, their directors, staff, volunteers, students and parents are there for the each other. My children have excelled at dance and have grown as responsible young girls. Age Appropriate outfits and routines Dance disciplines including Hip Hop, Acro, Tap, Song and Dance, Lyrical, Jazz, musical theatre and ballet. K and K has been a lot more than dance for us. If you are looking for more, you won't be disappointed. The time, effort and money spent here has been worth it.

From the first time we arrived at K&K we were so much more than just another student in another class. Instructors all knew my child, knew what she was capable of, and recommended classes based on her skills and abilities, not just simply on her age. They take the time and effort with all their students, be they recreational or competitive, and create programs and routines that will best suit the students. We have been at 2 other studios and this is by far the best! The teachers are consistent year after year, the owners are always there to answer questions and take care of any arising issues. The kids learn tons and they have fun doing it. They had so much fun that I joined the adult tap group and have had an awesome time. The studio is very organized, classes run on time and for the full length of the class. At competitions emphasis is always placed on doing your best and supporting everyone (not just those from our studio!) to also do their best. The bonds of friendship that have formed between my daughter and her teammates (as well as me and the other parents!) are strong and lasting. We look forward to dancing there for many more years to come!
We've been with K&K for 4 years. We highly recommend this dance studio in Markham. Very clean, bright place, with professional, and friendly teachers. Produces top winners in local and international competitions and I love the high quality and elegant design of the costumes year after year. Most of all, I love and admire how they make the students focus on team spirit, doing their best and enjoying their performance at all times
