TLDR: DO NOT COME HERE! This is a horrible place to shop, finance, or service your Mazdas. I cannot fathom how other websites have high ratings of this dealership. Expect bad service with bogus charges out the wazoo for your economy vehicle. They have 3 departments with a sniper scope on your wallet (e.g. sales, finance, and service departments). Prepared to be fleeced.

Received car with NO OIL in engine after Oil change Took my Mazda in for an oil change at Markham Mazda and drove home after and parked my car on my driveway. Decided to check the oil level the next day and found that there was no oil registering on the dipstick. In disbelief I checked it a few more times with the same result. Avoid this dealership to eliminate the risk of it happening to you.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this dealership if you can. I went in for a oil change and tire swap and waited over three hours! The salesman kept harassing me to buy a vehicle. I had to tell him twice I'm here for servicing and to please leave me alone. They didn't do a vehicle inspection or report. I had to come in a next day and wait another 2 hours although I made an appointment. Two employees were screaming at each other about overbooking in front of everyone. I ended up walking out.

Worst Mazda dealer!! Go to another dealer, this place is terrible. Salesman and manager are not honest!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I believe I get better customer service at McDonald's than this Mazda dealership. I probably wouldn't even give one star if I've option to do so.
