Monte Carlo Inns Downtown Markham

Highly unprofessional. We had booked a hall for an event several months in advance only to find that the hotel had double booked the hall, only informing us a day before the event was scheduled to take place. We hope that the Monte Carlo Inn improves their management team to prevent this from happening to future guests.

My room was dirty...

My room was dirty when I moved in. The rooms were very small. The pool is in the main entrance and is poorly maintained. The bar/restaurant was staffed by a young girl who obviously didn't know how to use a cash register, and despite me being the only person there, they still managed to screw up my order.
