Very disappointed in flowers that were delivered. My selection was supposed to come with roses in the arrangement, ribbon around the vase and a full size card. Instead the roses were replaced with carnations, the full size card with a large piece of paper and a plain vase with no ribbon. When I called the manager he said he would speak to the designer and call me back. That was a week ago!

Have always had excellent service from them regardless of the occasion.
