I was clearly told that an item they had listed online was still available, but when I went to go pick it up the lady said that it had been sold a few days ago. I had driven over an hour for it and when I told her that she didn't apologize or even admit she had done anything wrong - it was an ignorant response. The smart thing to do would have been to DOUBLE CHECK that it was still available before telling a customer that it was, but that sort of thinking was beyond her. I won't ever go back.
