McCutcheon Appraisal Services

This guy is a joke, I hired him to do a job, to provide an appraisal. I paid him for his services, then he refused to provide me with the appraisal, stating that the mortgage company was his client not me, even though I chose him and paid him! The guy has no common sense, doesnt even understand the meaning of the word client. Dont use him

The service was quick, but the report contained a lot of errors. Most of all the appraised value was far off the market value. If we would have listed the house for the appraised value we would have lost $64000. Don't waste your money with an appraisal. It is better to use the MPAC assessment value. You get it for free with your property tax assessment. It was much closer to the sales price we achieved.
