    Great deal and excellent services. The customer service is outstanding and they even followed up with me. So glad I left Rogers.

    My last message to them, no comments /Hello, acct#... , it has been a very annoying month going back and forth with technical reps about low speed (average 5 Mbps, most of the day around 3mbps while paying for 60 Mbps ), no solution till now, I'm left with no option but to cancel contract and ask for reimbursement for June and July. Please put me thru with a sales Rep, thanks

    Comwave is very bid layer they say something and change something. They charge extra hidden charges even after disconnect service. I wish I could not even give them one star

    communicating with comwave over 2 days,absoloutly no help,20 min wait each time,instalation employee removed item from house,comwave says not their problem, at that point I cancelled my service after only 7 days,all they want to do on the phone is argue with you,was told I have to send equipment back,if not will have to pay $95 for each item (2) or they will send a collection agency after me,so I am out over $30 sending their equipment back to them, disgusting company,call center central america

    Stay away please. Horrible everything. I don't even have words to describe my experience. No communication. This is third party reseller. So they don't know what is going on. Hours spent on phone. Used all my swear words vocabulary. Cancel my account and went with other company. Month and a half didn't have my phone and internet service. Had to take several days off in order to see technicians. And as I writing this I'm waiting on the phone for over an hour because received a bill for $226 dolla
