I have called several times and waited patiently for a live agent. But to no avail. The recorded message kept telling me that due to these times of Covid the service I needed was available online. So I went on line and to find that their validation system did not work. So I went to their web site to find out their web page was not available. What is going on over there? Does the public mean nothing to you? Fix your web site or take it down and maybe just hire another phone agent.

LifeLabs has gone to an appointment only service in this location. I had to wait almost a week to be able to reschedule. When I called this center to talk to someone about my concerns I got an answering machine message that said "Due to higher volume of calls we are terminating this call" out standing lack of customer service! A call to head office to voice my concerns resulted in being told the test should have taken place without an appointment after all? Only lifelabs in Orillia, WHY?
