Dan is an excellent Business man working hard to make a living and at the same time doing something productive in his life you may see posts about Dan judging his business in a bad review however that is that persons opinion I always have had good things to say about Dan and his business don't Judge a book by it's cover. Personally I'd rather go to Dan than any other store because I know that Dan is highly qualified for his line of work and I also know that I am going to get a good deal.

Absolutely horrible place to go

I am so dissapoin...

I am so dissapointed. My 11 year old daugter took her tablet to this guy because it was not holding a charge. The charger connector was loose so he fixed it for $40. Took it home and was not charging. My daugher was in tears. The guy did not even have a charger for a tablet so I had to bring my own. It's now been 2 1/2weeks and supposedly the battery is still on back order. I left a message on his machine that I am picking it up tommorow. Another trip and my time wasted and still no battery but I'm willing to bet that I can find a battery for a tablet in less than 2 1/2 weeks.

I have been dealing with the owner of this company for a few years off and on - a bit more often recently. He answers my questions fully whenever I call, he has sold me products that are second to none, he stands by his repairs and two weeks ago, he spent about 5 extra hours working on an issue for me and at the price that he quoted me originally. I will continue to use Dan’s services and I recommend him highly to anyone who has computer issues.

Bad Bussiness and Owner

Bought a used laptop in late April From Dan. He installed a new hard drive and installed Windows 7 for an O/S. All this for 200.00 plus tax. A month and half later I downloaded a Windows update and crash computer. Talk it back to Dan to reinstall Windows. He tells that the brand new hard drive he sold me is no good. Now he wants another 200.00 to put new hard drive in machine. I ask he why he will not fix or install a new one on his dime, He shrugs his shoulders. I take to a different comput
