Nigeria High Commission

Terrible service, do not go here expecting to get your passport on the same they, they will sabotage you and you won’t get it for weeks. When you call making inquiries they will laugh at you.

The entire team was awesome, from the very first staff to the last member of staff, they were on point. In less than 2 hrs i was done with my passport renewal. Thank you team and keep up the good work.

I have heard negative reports on the activities of the staff of the Nigerian High Commission in Ottawa. However, I was pleasantly surprise on 3/10/17 when I went there to renew my passport.The professionalism,transparency and promptness in processing and issuance of my document was really outstanding! I received my passport in less than three hours! I congratulate The High Commissioner and the entire staff for reflecting the change that we are praying for Nigeria! Please keep it up.

Excellent Service

The service was great. I went in there and was out in about 3 hours (same day) to get a renewal of my passport and that of my family. The staff were really friendly. I did not have to "scratch" any bodies back to get the fantastic service. In fact, my younger brother went today and was out in 30mins. Can you believe that? Like the last post stated, I too was proud being Nigerian :). Keep up the good work. Shalom:)

I am writing this review with all sincerity. Before I traveled to Nigeria High Commission Ottawa, all I was hearing were negative reviews but I must tell you... things have changed there. It was a pleasant experience all through. U don't have to spend days there because you can get whatever you go there for within hours... the staff are so helpful and nice. I didn't believe I was in Nigeria high commission. For once I was proud that am A NIGERIAN.
