Called for a simple inquiry about industry codes for h&r block online software, woman was very rude and impatient, clearly had NO KNOWLEDGE of what a industry code even is or didn't even take the time to actually listen to my question. All I got was a "no we are only affiliated with H&R Block"... I don't even think this woman knows they have a software you can netfile with.. first and certainly the last time I would even think of using the software let alone this tax center.
