My wife and I have visited the spa many times over the last 2 years since relocating to Port Dover. We always have enjoyed our services and all of the staff have been very friendly and personable. The facilities are beautiful and the services provided are exceptional.
Food and restaurant get a five star review, spa gets a one or negative if we could! I'm speaking on behalf of 4 women that had incredibly horrible experience with the owner of the spa! Not worth going into details but after further investigation and speaking with others from Port Dover, this is not the first time people have been disappointed and appalled by the owner! Very unfortunate for the staff!
