Ross McLean added himself as Executor on my Uncle's will without being asked to do so. He said he was doing it just because. Now my Uncle has passed and we are joint Executors. He will not speak to me or let me make an appointment with him to move the Estate forward and he will not renounce as Executor unless I do. I am a CPA with 30 years experience dealing with Estates. He will not tell me reason I need to renounce. He is uncommunicative and totally unprofessional.
