    I have never had ...

    I have never had trouble with them. They do check the stuff. Every time I have pawned something they loom it over first to make sure its in working order. Every game I have gotten there worked fine, even the 360 I bought there, which I am still using. All in all its a good place. And I've never had a problem with the staff.

    poor service

    This place doesn't give there customers any respect they tell you over the phone your stuff is safe when in fact they never take the time to check if it really is. So when you come in to pick it up or pay an extension it might very well be gone.
